Our Rooibos High Chai is packed with all the uplifting goodness of our unique blend of Organic Spices combined with anti-oxidant rich Certified Organic Rooibos- great for coughs, warming and simply just delicious!

Rooibos High Chai can be enjoyed black or with milk, straight from a teapot / plunger or can be brewed in the tradition chai method as below. Honey or sugar may be added if sweetener is desired.

Traditional Chai Brewing Method:

Using a saucepan on a stovetop add,
One teaspoon of Tea Lady Rooibos High Chai to ½ a cup of water.
Bring to the boil then add ½ a cup of milk or soy milk.
When boiling reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain and serve.
